Happy Birthday Madison

Happy Brithday Madison. Madison had her birhtday party a few days early this year. We decided to have eveyone at our house this year and yes we all did fit. I think Madison had a ball playing with everyone and showing off. I decided that she should have a minnie mouse cake this year. She didn't really have anything but Barney that she really loves and I really did not want to do a Barney cake so Minnie mouse it was. Becky was the lucky one that got to decorate the cake. I was planning on doing it the night before but wanted to be lazy on my birthday so I was working on decorating the cake when Becky and Mom came over so Becky did it. Thank you Becky.

She got them both in one try. She is growing up way to fast it seems like just yesterday that she was born.

No night night!

Madison has been doing very good taking her naps with out her night night so last night I decided to put her to bed without it. She went to sleep pretty fast and only woke up once during the night but went right back to sleep with out it. I am so happy since the last time we tried it and it did not work at all.

1st hair cut

Madison got her first hair cut today. She really did not have much to cut but she was starting to get some stragaly hair down the back of her neck. I also thought it might help her hair grow a little faster if we got it trimed. She sat very still in her chair while Amy cut her hair. As you can see in the pictures she got a sucker to keep her busy while her hair was being cut.

Happy Birthday to Darren, and yes Madison does have an ear infection. Poor baby no wonder she did not want to sleep the other night.

worst night ever

Well last night I tried to put Madison to bed without her night night and it totally did not work. She cried for about 2 hours so I finally caved in and gave her it but that did not work. She was so upset I let her sleep in bed with Darren and I but that also did not work. She would be quiet for about 15 min. but then start screaming. I decided to lay down with her in her room but she keep doing the same thing then she asked to watch Barney by this time it was 230 in the morning so I thought if that works we will do it. We needles to say Barney but she kept tugging on her ear and saying owwie so I gave her some tylenol witch must have finally worked at 5:45 because she finally went to sleep. When I got her up at 11:00 she cried when I took her undershirt off and it caught on her ear. I am afraid that it must be an ear infection. I guess we will be going back to the Doctor's on Monday.
